2. Get the client application for free ... by going to the AvantGo Software Setup. You have the option to choose a PalmOS device, a Windows CE device, a Pocket PC device, or a WAP mobile phone. Sign up and install the software by following the instructions.
   
   
3. Subscribe the Inside-Lifescience BIONEWS channel for free ... after your AvantGo profile has been set up. Just click this button!
   
   
4. Download the Inside-Lifescience mobile edition on your mobile device with the next syncronization ... and it will be updated at every sync. That has been it!
